Sell Your Ranch House (modern = money)
The real estate market has been a crazy ride the last several years. Investors have gone from having the Midas touch to a Medusa stare. With real estate investments turning to stone…people are looking for creative ways to turn on potential buyers. I have a suggestion….STOP THE TUSCANIZATION!
This may seem like a ploy to push my modern mantra…and it is…but STOP, put down the bucket of stucco, and BACK AWAY! Modern architecture is not something to be masked, but marvelled. People are beginning to understand the value of the mid-century ranch and snapping them up for a premium, so if you want to sell your fabulous modern home (that means ranch house) try to ENHANCE the original features! (by the way, if you don’t know how to do that…Valley Modern Design does!)
Besides, no one wants a ranch house posing as a tuscan villa…when they could just buy a tuscan villa - the valley is teeming with them!
So folks, if you want to sell your home…keep it real…keep your architecture real.
