MODERN SWEETS - PF Chang’s Mini Desserts….Pure Genius!

while at dinner at my wisconsin dad’s favorite scottsdale restaurant…PF Changs, i was TRYING to be GOOD…and eat healthy.

after the meal (which i ordered the sauce on the side) and a glass of wine, the waitress brought out this amazing selection of desserts.

the key was, that each one was served in a large shot glass and only cost $2! oh, and there was every possible flavor imaginable.

how can we translate this to design business (was my thought…)

in today’s economy, and with todays health conscience crowd, what a brilliant idea!!! each shot (which is all the palette needs…) is only 150 Calories! 2g Fat! 5g Saturated Fat! 26g Carbs! 130mg Sodium!

go there for a glass of wine and one of these brilliant sweets.
